As a Banking Project Manager at Ishoo, you will be responsible for planning, executing and closing various banking projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope and on budget . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and customers to drive successful project outcomes in the banking industry.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage banking projects from initiation to closing.
• Define the scope, objectives and deliverables of the project.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate project resources, including team members and third-party contractors.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones and manage risks.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines and budgets.
• Manage project budgets and finances, including cost tracking and forecasting.
• Identify and resolve project issues and challenges.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and quality.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards.
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of project management tools and methodologies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff.
